Learning pillars

Six strands, woven through every week.

Language & literacy

Songs, rhyme, story circles and phonics that build real readers, not reciters.

Early numeracy

Counting with conkers and buttons before ever counting on paper.

Motor & sensory

Clay, threading, climbing and balance work for strong hands and bodies.

Thinking & enquiry

Half-termly projects driven by the children's own questions.

Music & movement

Weekly rhythm sessions, Indian classical taster and lots of dancing.

Life skills

Serving snacks, tidying up, dressing — independence practised daily.

A day at EduKids

A day your child will look forward to.

Predictable days make brave children. Ours bounce gently between focus, movement and rest.

  1. 8:45 am

    Warm welcome

Shoes off, big hellos, and a wiggly settling-in circle.

  2. 9:30 am

    Discovery time

Blocks, water, clay and books — pick your own adventure.

  3. 10:45 am

    Snack & garden

Fresh fruit, then free play under the big shady trees.

  4. 11:45 am

    Circle & story

Songs in three languages and a story everyone acts out.

  5. 12:30 am

    Rest & recharge

Dim lights, soft music, and unhurried nap mats.

  6. 1:15 am

    Home time

A little note home about the best bit of the day.

Assessment without exams.

Teachers keep an observation journal for every child, share a photo-rich portfolio each term, and meet you twice a year. No tests, no ranks — just a clear picture of how your child is growing.
